The Ministry of Justice of the Sverdlovsk region has filed a lawsuit with the liquidation of Roizman fund (former mayor of Yekaterinburg, Yevgeny Roizman, recognized in Russia in an agent). Regarding this, write RIA Novosti.

From the courts's documents, followed, the Rozman's platform*was appointed as a defendant in the lawsuit, which will be represented by General Director of Svetlana Kosolapova at the Court.

In the organization's activities, violations have been found. Specifically, the fund's location does not coincide with the address specified in the unified state registration book of the legal entities. And among the 22 goals of the organization's organization stated in the Charter, the actual activities are carried out in just five fields. The audit also shows that fundraising funds are not used for its intended purposes.

Roizman* is the president of the city without drugs from 2001 to 2003, and mayor Yekaterinburg from 2013 to 2018. In November 2022, he was recognized as a foreign agent. In the spring of the same year, three administrative protocols on the loser of the Russian army reached Roizman*. Later, these facts opened a criminal case about the loss of the reputation of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
