Moscow has become the leader in the ranking of world megacities in terms of service availability, beating other capitals, including Berlin and London. Izvestia writes about this with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Policy and Development of the capital.

It was clarified that the ranking “Service availability in cities around the world” was compiled by researchers from the consulting company TsNP together with urbanists. Megacities were compared in terms of territorial and financial accessibility of 25 types of services provided to residents for a comfortable life.

Thus, Moscow took first place in terms of access to medical, housing, communal and communication services. In addition, the Russian capital is among the top 3 megacities in terms of accessibility to transportation services and services in the fields of education, sports, culture and entertainment. As a result, Russia's largest city took first place in the final composite ranking of megacities in terms of service availability.

Thus, Moscow has surpassed New York, London, Berlin and other large cities in the world in terms of service availability.
