The US is accused of not stopping fire in Gaza
Riyad Mansour, permanent observer for Palestine at the United Nations, said the United States cannot implement its own ceasefire resolution in Gaza. RIA Novosti writes about this.
According to him, “despite all its strength”, Washington cannot implement the United Nations Security Council resolution proposing a phased ceasefire in Gaza.
“When they proactively propose such a solution, they have to find a way to implement it,” Mansour charged.
Previously, Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya commented on the US resolution on a ceasefire in Gaza. According to him, not a single element of the US resolution at the United Nations Security Council has been implemented.
On June 10, the United Nations Security Council passed a US resolution with US leader Joe Biden's ceasefire plan in the Gaza Strip.
