“France and other countries supplying them with weapons must cancel these contracts,” he said.
Speaking about the peace agreement negotiation process, Aliyev expressed hope that Yerevan will agree to Baku's conditions. He added that if Armenia is not interested in the peace treaty, then Azerbaijan will not need it. In December, Aliyev said that NATO infrastructure had been created on the borders of Azerbaijan and Armenia under the cover of EU observers.
