There is still a special communication channel between Russia and England, but it is practically not used.
Russian Ambassador to London Andrei Kelin announced this on the Rossiya 24 television channel.
“Special communications equipment in the British Prime Minister's office is working, this Kremlin-Downing Street channel is also there. But there is nothing to discuss about it. Now we have such different approaches and views that there is nothing to discuss,” the diplomat said.
Kelin clarified that other channels of communication between Moscow and London, with the exception of the military attache interrupted at the initiative of the British side, still exist.
Previously, Irishman Chey Bowes said that Britain was taking advantage of the conflict in Ukraine to carry out its plan to destabilize Russia.
