The Hospital Authority today said three COVID-19 patients passed away, taking the number of COVID-19 patients who died in public hospitals to 120.
One of the patients, aged 79, was transferred to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for resuscitation yesterday. His condition continued to deteriorate and he passed away that afternoon.
Another patient, 64, was transferred to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital from a quarantine centre on November 30.
Her condition continued to deteriorate and she died this afternoon.
A 77-year-old female patient was admitted to the isolation ward of Queen Mary Hospital on November 20 due to COVID-19.
Her condition continued to deteriorate. She was then transferred to the Adult Intensive Care Unit on December 4. She passed away this afternoon.
